The rear of the house takes on the stylistic characteristics of the front with a few variations.  Like the front, the large entry windows are to be surrounded by a white metal panel.  Unlike the front, the window configurations of the bump out flank the fireplace.  A 12' x 14' deck complements the backyard.

Security features of the home include tempered glass front and rear entry doors with three-point locks and ample exterior lighting for visibility.
